We ANTI-CORROSION ENGINEERS (ACE) are mainly Specializing Industrial Corrosion control systems by manufacturing Non conventional type Industrial Protective coatings
- Suitable for fresh and salt water immersion.
- Speeds up production.
- Suitable for corrosive environments.
- Resistant to many solvents and chemicals.
- Resistant to cathodic disbondment.
Advantages of Internal coating
Internal coatings can improve flow rates by significant amounts. The efficiencies associated with the bare steel pipe range from 81% to 96%. Generally tests prove that flow rates in internally coated lines are increased by 6% to 12% when compared with uncoated lines.
Internal Coating Application
Prior to application, the internal surface of the pipe is thoroughly cleaned, in order to achieve maximum coating performance. The internal surface is freed of all loose mill scale, rust, moisture and organic contaminants.
Then the liquid coating components are mixed in the proper ratios and stirred mechanically before being introduced into the airless multiple spray tips system.
After the coating is applied, excess coating material is removed from the pipe ends, the coated surface is inspected and the film thickness is checked to ensure that material has been applied in accordance with the applicable spec
External Coating Application
- Excellent corrosion resistance: When exposed to either acid or base media, assures extended lifetime in highly corrosive soils.
- Strong steel adhesion: 20 times more adhesive than traditional plastic tape systems.
- Excellent cathodic disbondment test results.
- Optimum impact resistance.
- Free of holidays: The hot extrusion method used to perform the coating assures a continuous and a uniform thickness profile, without air bubbles and holiday free.
- High dielectric resistance.
- Superior bendability for laying
- Impermeability: Both the high density Polyethylene and the Polypropylene have low water permeation characteristics which are less than those of any other pipeline coating system.
